Monty Wright

Monty is the lead and founding pastor of Snoqualmie Valley Alliance. He is married to his wife, Amy, and together they have two kids who are both in college at Seattle Pacific University. But most importantly, Monty finds his anchoring and centering in his relationship with Jesus Christ. In addition to teaching, leadership development, spiritual direction and all that goes with the territory, Monty is most alive when having spiritual conversations with people. He loves to contemplate the reality of God, all while enjoying the expression of God’s agrarian creativity in coffee. He desires to see the church really become the church, and stop playing a religious game. That is why at Snoqualmie Valley Alliance he tries to create an environment where people are able to grow closer to God and each other, uniquely becoming the men and women that God created them to be.
