    James Holloway

    James P. Holloway was born in Aiken, South Carolina, and received his early education in the Aiken County Public School System. At an early age he was converted, baptized, and joined the Pine Hill Missionary Baptist Church of Johnston, South Carolina under the leadership of Rev. W.H. Hightower. During his junior and senior years in high school, he attended weekly training classes with local pastors under the guidance of the Aiken Minister's Alliance. He answered his call to the Gospel Ministry in January 1972 during his senior year in high school. At the request of the Pine Hill Missionary Baptist Church, and the Paradise Baptist Church (Rev. C.N. Ellis, Pastor) of Atlanta, Georgia, he was ordained through the Ridge Hill Baptist Association. He completed studies in Electronics Technology at the DeVry Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. He received a Bachelor of Religious Education Degree from Bethany Divinity College and Seminary in Dothan, Alabama. He became a Certified Peace Officer for the State of Georgia, and served eight years as a volunteer with the Fulton County Sheriff Reserve. During his forty years in ministry, he has served as Associate Minister with numerous churches and ministries. He is a retired Postal employee with almost thirty-five years of service. Over the past years, God has been working on him developing leadership, administrative management, and ministerial abilities preparing Reverend for this calling. He has a passion for teaching the Word of God. He is here to serve God in spirit and in truth.
