We promise to love you "as is!"

You can expect good coffee, music and a message that you can relate to. And if you have kids, we'll have fun stuff for them too.... Oh yeah, did I mention we'll make you pancakes? Mmmmnn

We’re surfers, artists, musicians, teachers, accountants, moms, tile salesmen, bellhops and baristas with a unified passion to offer hope to our community!

Our vision is to start a new church to reach hundreds of people who would never walk into the doors of an existing church. As we reach out through our homes and public gatherings, we’ll start new community groups and eventually new churches! We believe God can change the region and beyond over the next five years!

What to Expect

What are services like?
All we ask is: relax and be yourself! That means that you don't have to pretend or even dress up! It's also okay to have questions, doubts and fears. We're all on a journey. And no matter what your spiritual background or past, we want you to come as you are, because that's where God meets us and loves us - "as is." That's where the journey begins to become who God intended us to be. As a community of Christ followers, we are committed to live by faith, to be known by love and to be a voice of hope to Santa Cruz County and beyond! Join us as we drop in to the adventure of a lifetime! Parents bringing kids? Every Sunday we offer age appropriate classes for kids 5th grade and below. We're committed to reach forward to the next generation. We want to build up our kids and pass along the stoke of following Christ! This starts with doing everything we can to make Santa Cruz Hope a place where kids and students want to be. Together we'll help them learn in a fun, safe and positive environment. What is the community like?
We're pretty relaxed. Every Sunday we enjoy free pancakes and coffee out front, in between services.

What if I'm not a Christian?
We started a church for people who don't go to church to love coming to church. No experience required. No perfect people allowed. Deal?
