Justin R. Felton, Sr.

Elder Justin R. Felton, Sr. is the founder and Senior Pastor of the Sanctuary of Levites Church. He is also the founder and president of a youth and young adult evangelistic ministry, The New Era of Theos Incorporated (The N.E.T., Inc.) and the Gospel Entertainment Record Label, NETion Nation Entertainment Group, both in the “City Beautiful” Orlando, FL. With many years of ministry experience, Pastor Felton is committed to bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to all, literally ‘saving an endangered generation by any means necessary’. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, his mother, Minister Stephanie Felton, reared him with the fear and admonition of God. As Pastor Felton carefully watched and listened to his grandfather, Bishop Thomas E. Chenault, he was 7 years old when he got saved at 910 Livingston Street Church of God. The Lord revealed to him the gift of prophetic insight, and groomed him for his journey, lead under the tutelage of Dr. Sharon Y. Riley (Agape Perfecting Praise and Worship Center), Dr. Uylee R. Waugh (Mount Olive CME Church), and Pastor Jerry D. Owens (Joshua Generation Outreach Ministries). A graduate of Evans High School, Class of 1999, Pastor Felton received the vision for The New Era of Theos, Inc. (The N.E.T., Inc.) in July 2001. Its purpose was directed towards youth and young adult evangelism. He held the NET’s first revival service, called the ‘Weakest End’, along with the NU Now Generation Youth Group at Mount Olive CME, with less than 30 people in attendance. Over the years the ministry grew rapidly from a weekend revival to a conference tour and has been renamed the One Million Soul’D Tour. By 2006 over 2,600 young people had given their lives to Christ as the result of this movement. The N.E.T. is a testament to the miracle-working power of God and remains a soul winning phenomenon. As a result of the anointing on his life, God continued to exalt Pastor Felton tremendously. In November of 2005 he received even more favor, blessings, and increase by joining in marriage to Pastor Vonetta M. Felton. In this season of their lives God has brought about many new beginnings. They have two sons, eight year old, Jaylen R. Felton, three year old, Justin R. Felton, II, and their newest edition, Justice RaVon Felton, their baby daughter. This dynamic duo is a force to be reckoned with. In June 2009, they joined forces to unite their ministry with Apostolic Overseer Jerry D. Owens and the Joshua Generation Outreach Church Family to continue their tutelage. After some years being covered by Overseer Owens and JGOC, God called them to launch their next dimension, The Sanctuary of Levites Church. With a new baby, a new church, and a new CD Project entitled "I Am Praise", you can clearly see that Pastor Felton is on the move! Among other accomplishments, Pastor Felton has done his undergrad studies in Business Administration at Valencia Community College and University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. He is now continuing his degree at Belhaven College, a Private Christian College in Maitland, Florida. A much sought-after conference speaker, singer, preacher, teacher and evangelist, Pastor Felton is known for his innovative and relative approach to the Bible and has encouraged thousands to pursue a personal relationship with God. This anointed young man of God has an astounding testimony and is a living generational curse breaker. He is committed and determined to advance the Kingdom of God, wherever kingdom of darkness may abide.
