About Us

Confessing a Risen Savior to a Dying World

Risen Savior is a confessional Lutheran church that holds firmly to the teaching of the Bible because it is God's Word. We strive to connect all people to the truth of salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus and his saving work. Our doors are open to all people who want to know more about their Savior and grow in their faith.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Worship is conducted in a very comfortable and inviting space. The theme of each service is centered on communicating Christ in today's world to today's people. The pastor's message powerfully connects the people to the love of their God who seeks and saves sinners. We sing together. We confess our sins and receive forgiveness together. We confess our faith together. We pray together. We receive Word and Sacrament together. This is a time to grow spiritually and be trained for a life of faith.

What is the community like?
Our people will welcome you with a friendly smile and handshake right at the door. No matter who you are or where you come from, you fit in with our family. We are open to listen and respond to any needs you have. This multigenerational group truly has the feeling of family. Everyone is welcome. Everyone is accepted.

What if I'm not a Christian?
You have probably heard enough about the Christian religion to have questions. We all have questions. The journey of this life brings us many uncertainties. These are questions that can only be answered if they are asked. In order to get past the stereotypes and assumptions, talk to the pastor. He won't claim to have all the answers but will walk with you on your journey and keep the conversation going as long as you like. It takes time to learn about something new. The time of this life is short enough as it is. When will you ask your first question?
