Ridgecrest Baptist Church

About Us

Building on a foundation of faith

The church isn't a building, it's the people! That's who we are. A diverse group of people made up of all ages, interests, and walks of life. The thing that bonds our fellowship is that we have been transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We know we are sinners in need of a savior, completely unable to save ourselves. God in His grace and loving kindness sought us, intervened in our lives, and rescued us from our sin. We believe the mission of the church is being perfected through the worship of the Triune God...The work of the Holy Spirit perfecting the saints...and through the bearing of fruit as we go into all the world making disciples.

What to Expect

What are services like?
God’s Word, instructs us to worship Him with instruments, with voices, and our corporate worship services reflect this with songs of praise, worship and meditation. Join us on Sunday mornings at 9:00 & 10:30 am as we lift up our praise & worship.

What is the community like?
Ridgecrest is a church committed to carrying out the command of Jesus Christ to go into all the world and make disciples. Although we are self-governed and not subject to the hierarchical control of any ecclesiastical or denominational body, we freely partner with other Bible-believing, evangelical churches to carry out Christ’s work on the earth. We believe that we can do more for the sake of the Gospel if we work together. Our primary means of partnership is our affiliation with the 42,000 congregations that compose the Southern Baptist Convention.

What if I'm not a Christian?
"You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God; or else a madman or something worse. You can shut Him up for a fool, you can spit at Him and kill him as a demon; or you can fall at His feet and call Him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about His being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to." C.S. Lewis, British author (1898-1963) What about you? Do you know this Jesus?
