Who We Are

Resonate Atlanta is not something you go to, it's a community to be a part of, centered around the person and mission of Jesus Christ.

Jesus believes a church will love, serve, and transform a community for the better, and we hope to be a fresh expression of that message. He also said that if we are being that message, then people will know Christians by their love. And being more like Jesus from the inside-out starts to get at what it means to follow and be like Jesus.

Our Services

What are services like?
When you walk in the doors you should be greeted by some smiling faces who can point you in the direction of the main auditorium. Before service begins we have music playing in the background and we invite you get to know some of the people and familiarize yourself with our facility. You can also ask the greeters the location of the bathrooms, nursery, and kids area. We begin our service with a call to worship. All of our lives are worship and Sunday morning service is a special time of worship together as God’s people. We use a mix of ancient hymns and current songs. We sing in response to God. Who he is and what he has done is his grace in our lives and it propels us to worship. The time when we study the Bible is an important portion when one of the pastors of the church preach a sermon. We are committed to treating the Bible with respect by reading within its literary and historical context, attempting to understand the author’s intent, dealing with the specific words, and by addressing how culture and our lives are related to the gospel it heralds. The table is open every week to anyone with a resolve that faith in Jesus Christ is our only hope for humans. The ordinance of the Lord’s Supper is a commemoration and supplication for the grace provided for in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. During any time during the service one may go to one of the communion stations, take a piece of bread and a cup of juice and partake. This is also an excellent time to demonstrate new found faith. If communion is not laid out, there will be a specific time during the service where couples will have the bread and cup available for tearing and dipping. There are Joy Boxes where we worship God out of our earnings. It is not a payment nor a gimmick, but a joy and responsibility for those who consider Resonate their church or a place whose mission they support. The money given goes to sustain and spread the mission of Resonate to Atlanta and beyond. Giving is also available here online.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Come! Our environment is more than welcoming to those with all opinions, lifestyles, and thoughts on Jesus.
