Dr. Vic Torres

Pastor Vic has been the senior pastor of Reach Out Church since 1994. Prior to his work in full-time ministry he was a teacher of chemistry on the high school and university level. He is ordained through Elim Fellowship. Pastor Vic has been married for over 40 years and they have 2 adult children. His wife Dee is actively involved in the ministry of Reach Out Church. Pastor Vic is an Ephesians 4:12 pastor. His passion is to “equip Christians to do the work of the ministry.” Pastor Vic also takes pride in the fact that he served this country in the United States Marine Corp. Semper Fi!
