I love that the work of the ministry continues, we started with our family more than than forty years ago, then called Evangel Center , held in the Masonic Lodge , then we held services in the house on the property, then building the original 40×80 Church building, I often dream of preaching there one day, I was 12 when I called the escavator to dig for the foundation and I carried the blocks for the block layer, that was in the summer of 1976. My Dad died September 9th, 2016 and is buried in Nashville Veterans Cemetery , the founding Pastor, He was 80, two other brothers died, Daniel, April 2010 and Robert , November 2020. The South Lion A/G Church and Pastor Sweet came with some of their congregation to help us while the church was under construction.
