Pastor Huffman went to Baltimore to fill in for grieving Newton and prayed for my mother, Nancy Witzel who has congestive heart failure, severe long Covid and is on 4.5 L of O2 q day with a caregiver @ her condo apartment @ Augsburg Lutheran Home in Gwynn Oak, Md. We've been members at Peace now for 24 years. Before that, we were members in sister congregations in Arizona, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Hawaii, and California. It is spiritually refreshing to know that at all places, the Word of God is taught in purity and balance. The message of Christ crucified, risen and ascended, is in every lesson, every sermon, every hymn. And that joy is shown in the hearts, voices and attitudes of the congregation.

This is a great place to worship! They adhere to the teachings of scripture without adding or taking away from the holy text. The pastor and members of the congregation are very warm and welcoming and their Sunday School and Vacation Bible School is among the best. This is the place where confessional Lutheran's can be assured that their teachings are firmly planted in God's word.
