Stephen Wall-Smith

Ordained in 1978, Dr. Wall-Smith has served for more than three decades as a "tent-maker," or bi-vocational minister. He served congregations in New York, Connecticut, and Missouri before coming to Virginia. He retired from the Navy Reserve in 2011 after 25 years as a chaplain. He has also worked in higher education as a teacher and administrator.
