About Us

WHERE TO TRUTH LIVES!

We are a classical more or less traditional church. We endeavor to worship in spirit and truth in accordance to the explicit commands found in the Scriptures. We are orderly and earnest... we teach what we believe is historic Christianity at it's best. We believe all churches should be explicitly creedal and confessions. We embrace the "Faith once for all delivered to the saints." We will not add to nor subtract the Word of God!

Come worship with us... we might be what you're used to, but we also might be what you're looking for. We sing classic hymn and usually a couple based the Psalms... the inspired songs of the the Bible.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Our Discipleship time and Wednesday Bible Studies are casual and informal, but pastor led. We will almost always have or Bible open or will be learning about the basic truths of Bible doctrine. Our Worship Services are more formal, we follow a pretty full and set liturgy. We cover a lot of ground and tough on many subjects. Our basic conviction is that every service should include a recognition of our sins and call to repentance... as well as a clear presentation of the nature of grace and how we are redeems from our SIN AND MISERY... and lastly, we as believers should also be called and challenged to live upright and godly lives.

What is the community like?
We are presently a pretty diverse group, but we are growing in grace and coming to a single mindedness based upon the clear teachings of the Word of God. In a word we are loving group of people who are learning to love God and each other.

What if I'm not a Christian?
I think you will be surprised by our candor and love. We believe happiness and fulfillment are not really possible outside of a right relationship with God our Creator. The supreme example of love was shown by God in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. He came down from heaven to become our redeemer. He taught His followers, IT IS MORE BLESSED TO GIVE THAN TO RECEIVE. We try to do the same.
