Lucian has been in the ministry 60+ years. Hometown - Port Arthur, Texas. Graduated from Hardin-Simmons University, 1952; and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, 1957 and 1961, Been in the Midland-Odessa, Texas area for 47 years.
