    Morris Fleischer

    Pastor Morris Fleischer is currently in his 15th year of full-time ministry in the Virginia Conference of The United Methodist Church. A graduate of the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University in Richmond, Pastor Fleischer is engaged in several important outreach ministries in the New River Valley. He is currently the President of the Giles County Christian Service Mission and on the Board of the Giles County Emergency Shelter. He is a part of the Giles County Ministers' Association and a founding board member of To Our House, an ecumenical ministry that provides thermal shelter for homeless men in different faith communities during the coldest months of the year. Pastor Fleischer has been married to his college sweetheart for 23 years and has two children, Matt (17) and Melanie (11).
