  • I have been to many churches and I have been fed the word of God and my lifestyle stayed the same. There is something about New Journey Baptist Church. The way the pastor (James C. Monroe) preaches and teaches the word of God, truly edifies my Spirit man. Pastor does not deviate from the Word of God, yet he breaks it down so that the babes in Christ can understand. The Pastor's main objective is that you grow spiritually and that you would learn and understand the truth of God's Word. There are many ministries in place so that the whole family can be edified and grow. New Journey Baptist Church is about faith, love, understanding and peace. I can tell you so many good things about N.J.B.C., but see for yourself, come worship with us sometime and you will be glad you did.
