Rod Sundholm

Known for his heart to change lives through God's Anointed Word, Pastor Rod Sundholm has been in the ministry for over 20 years. Since starting New Creation Church in 1990, he has ministered to countless people not only in Oregon, but oversees as well. Before his started as a senior pastor, he served in other ministry capacities in children's ministry and as an associate pastor. His passion to see people's lives changed, as his was, is evident in his style of preaching. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Pastor Rod has a dramatic testimony of being saved out of a non-churched home as a young adult. After giving his life to the Lord in 1981, he began to make positive changes in his life. As a log truck driver, Rod had many hours to pray and listen to teaching tapes. During that time, as he listened to the preaching of Kenneth E. Hagin and others, his faith and relationship with God grew to a deeper level then ever before. It was in 1982 that the Lord spoke to his heart and told him to go to Rhema Bible Training Center in Oklahoma. Rod graduated in 1988.He and his wife, Rebecca, have been married over 30 years.
