Richard Sipes
Pastor

Richard L. Sipes has been pastor of New Covenant Baptist Church since June 2009. He and Kathy have been married since 1984. Richard and Kathy have three grown children and three foster/adoptive daughters. Richard previously served churches in Kansas and California. He is a graduate of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDIV) and the United States Air Force Academy (BS). Pastor Richard preaches the Bible verse-by-verse.
