I was raised in Sierra Madre, California, second in the line of three boys. When not playing soccer, much of my life revolved around church activities, as my father was a pastor. After receiving a degree in History from UCLA in 1983, I studied abroad for a semester before entering Talbot School of Theology where I graduated in 1988. A move to Buenos Aires, Argentina, would prove life-changing, as God brought a wonderful Argentine lady into my life, named Geraldine. We were married in Buenos Aires in 1993, and now have four children – two girls and two boys. Our kids attend St. Margaret’s Episcopal School, in San Juan Capistrano, where Geraldine works. Soccer, lacrosse, ballet, Argentina soccer, UCLA football, a snake, a goat, a tortoise, two cats, a bird and 3 goldfish keep us very busy. We live in Lake Forest and, along with the rest of the Mission Hills Church family, are passionate to share with others the love and the life that can only be found in Jesus Christ
