Johnny Deron Brown, III is the Senior Pastor of Mills Chapel Holiness Church in Gastonia, North Carolina. Mills Chapel Holiness Church is quickly becoming the heartbeat of the Gastonia community. Under his leadership God has been saving souls and adding new ministries. His goal is to preach the words that God has put into his mouth. He heart's desire is to represent God by always being a man of integrity. He received his license as a gospel preacher in 1999 and was ordained in 2002, by the Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Association. He serves as an Elder and National Evangelist for the Sounds of Praise Pentecostal Fellowship Worldwide, Inc. under the leadership of Apostle Allen Simmons. He attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Pastor Brown's word is direct and goes straight to the soul of man. Aside from being an international evangelist, he has organized and pastured Salem Temple Ministries, Inc. located in Lexington, Kentucky. He has preached throughout the United States and other venues such as Canada, Virgin Islands, Bahamas, and Jamaica; where over 100 souls were saved, healed, delivered, and restored. In August of 2010 Pastor Brown accepted the position as Interim Pastor at Mills Chapel Holiness church. January 8, 2011 Elder Brown was installed as full-time, Senior Pastor. Under his leadership God has been saving souls and adding new ministries. Running with God's vision, he is taking the kingdom of God by force.
