Who We Are

Similar churches often offer music styles like traditional hymns. Programs like community service, faith and work, young adults, choir, and children's ministry are also typical. by FaithStreet

What is FaithStreet?

We build communities of faithful giving with our online giving tools. Givers can set-up recurring or one-time donations to a church in service, at home, or on the go. Leaders can create shareable campaigns to reach and inspire new givers. Encourage goal setting and see people rise to their own standard of generosity. Begin to give differently.

We bring as many of the churches we can find together in a free directory of over 300,000 churches. It can be hard to find a community of faith when you're new in town or (re)discovering your faith. Even if a church has a website, it may still be hard to uncover. Find community, find meaning.

  • a pillar in my family's history. As you can see by my father's posts, we are trying to get information about Rev. Sam Miller, Sr. who was the presiding pastor (and I believe the founder of the original Miller's Chapel). I am also going through other sources to get information about those who are deceased and buried in the Miller's Chapel Cemetery since it was also used as a place of burial and as a school. I can be reached via email at [email protected] or carl.holmes [email protected] God Bless you all and hope you are all being safe in Sumner, Georgia!! (message from the State of California)
  • This is Carl Holmes again. You can reach me by email at "[email protected]" God bless you is my prayer Rev. Carl Holmes Yes, I am a preacher too! (smile)
  • Miller's Chapel is a very important Church in my family's history. You see, my great grand father was Rev. Sam Miller who built the original Miller's Chapel in Sumner Georgia. He was married to Nettie an American Indian and they had many children. Most of the male children became preachers. One of his daughters was named Pleasant (Sarah) Miller who married Rev. Charlie Holmes who adopted all of Pleasant (Sarah) Miller's children so they took on the last name of Holmes. One of their children was named James Holmes who is my father. It is a small world!
