Key Bridge Medical Clinic, LLC is a primary care clinic with a goal to promote better health. One of the services we provide toward this goal is screening and preventive health. As you know, the COVID-19 virus continues to plague our society especially there is another highly transmissible COVID variant called Omicron, and is expected to infect our community. Our clinic is taking proactive steps to minimize the further spread of the virus.
As a community health partner, we would like to be considered as a health resource for your parish. Testing and vaccination is a critical and essential part of the overall response to this global pandemic. Our clinic complies with current healthcare guidelines and is capable of performing COVID-related interventions to include vaccination and testing. We would like to bring our qualified team to your church to perform an on-site COVID testing and vaccine booster administration. We can do this before or after church services. These health services are free of charge.
