About Us

Glorifying Christ as we serve the community.

Mission: To love God and others and to teach others to do the same.
Ministry: To all ages, from the cradle to the grave. We provide children's ministries for all ages thorough a Pre-Kindergarten program, Good News Club for elementary ages, youth ministry for junior and senior high youth, Sunday School for all ages, Women's Bible study group and more. During the summer we have a week long VBS, family camp experience, outdoor concert, and more. We host a Biker Blessing each May.
Message: We believe the Bible is the Word of God and is practical for teaching and training in righteousness. A strong family is critical to child development and the welfare of our society. Sanctity of Life is essential, creation is foundational, the church is central, prayer is basic, and Jesus Christ is the focus of our message.
Scope of our Ministry: The church ministry is to the whole world, beginning here in Melrose, and then to the ends of the earth, to all who need to hear that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World, through whom we are saved from eternal death unto eternal life.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Services include congregational singing, special musical number, time or prayer, congregational interaction, and the message. Occasionally we will have a skit or monologue to introduce the message, a short video to share a need. We have several guest speakers during the year.

What is the community like?
The church community cares for one another and reach out to the needs of each other.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Non Christians are certainly welcome. The message is the same for all---our hope through Jesus Christ because of His love for us. Our need is the same---His forgiveness of our sins and His empowerment to live for Him. The only difference between a non-Christian and Christian is Christ. We are all totally depraved and worthless without Christ. With Christ we become a whole new person, not because of who we are but because what He has done for us and in us. Therefore we care and love all people.
