    Michael Schroeder

    Pastor Michael Schroeder grew up in Saginaw, MI where his father served as a pastor at Bethany Lutheran Church. He attended high school at Michigan Lutheran Seminary, a Wisconsin Synod preparatory school in Saginaw. Pastor Schroeder pursued his pastoral studies at Northwestern College (Watertown, WI) for three years and then one year at Martin Luther College (New Ulm, MN. In 2000 Pastor Schroeder completed his seminary training at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary (Mequon, WI) where he graduated with a Master of Divinity degree. Pastor Schroeder’s previous ministry experiences include serving as a vicar (a pastoral intern) at Lord of Life Lutheran Church (Thornton, CO); two years as a tutor at Luther Preparatory School (Watertown, WI); and service as the Wisconsin Synod’s Civilian Chaplain in Europe from 2002 – 2007. Pastor Schroeder has been serving as pastor at Living Hope Lutheran Church since September 2007.
