Kuskokwim Mission

My father and mother, James and Clara Reb started this church in 1945. I was born in Anchorage and my parents went to Aniak when I was a toddler and my brother was 10. My father and I returned to visit the Kuskokwim Mission when the Stems were pastoring there in 1987. My father was 88 years old then. He was so blessed to see that the church was still thriving. The old building was still in use but there was a new sanctuary building next to it. We loved our visit with the Stems. My husband and I and 54 year old son hope to return to Aniak for a visit to the church in May of 2024. We are tentatively planning to be in Aniak May 29-June 3 so hope to be there for a Sunday morning service.
