Corey Sharpe
Pastor

Rev. Corey Sharpe was appointed to Hopewell United Methodist Church in July 2010. He is a native Tarheel, and came to faith in Christ at the age of eight. He reaffirmed his baptism at a summer camp when he was a teenager, and sensed his call to pastoral ministry while he was in college. Corey completed degrees at both Liberty University and Evangelical Seminary before his first episcopal appointment in 2004. He was ordained an elder in the United Methodist Church in May 2007. He recently completed his Doctor of Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary.
