What people say about Grace St. Paul's Episcopal Church
-
Been going there for over half a century. BUT, this isn't a 1965 traditional place. Sure, the music is often traditional. Yes, we sing - boy does this congregation sing! - with a pipe organ. And all the parts of the service are traditional liturgy. But, the rector, staff and members are fully invested in non-traditional language, gender-neutral, inclusive, modern, but still beautiful.
During the week, the place is abuzz with social ministries, alternatives to a Sunday-morning service, and courses for thinking people.
If you miss affiliation with a church, but wish Christianity were more inclusive, loving, caring, question affirming, ministry/outreach affirming, and less dogmatic - you might find this to be a great place to explore.
