    Dear Grace Lutheran Seniors,
We want to first thank you for your hospitality in the past by providing a safe and comfortable place for members of your community to participate in the AARP Driver Safety Smart Driver Course. We hope you are safe and well during this time of limitations and restrictions caused by Covid-19.
As you may be aware, AARP has restricted all live meetings, events, and classes through January 3, 2022.
Our Washington state team has scheduled Virtual Smart Driver courses which can be attended via Zoom from the comfort of the participants homes. We will work directly with people who register to insure they are able to access Zoom and fully participate in the experience.
The upcoming virtual course dates and time:
    January 11, 13, 18, 20, 2022 from 10AM to Noon each day
    February 8, 10,15, 17, 2022 from 10AM to Noon each day
    March 8, 10, 15, 17, 2022 from 6PM to 8PM each day
The course fee is $20.00 for AARP member, $25.00 for non-members. When the course is completed, a certificate is issued to the participant for a Washington state mandated auto insurance Safe Driver discount.
We ask you to share this information via your newsletter and/or whatever method you use communicate with your members and your community during the Covid-19 restrictions.
Please ask those interested to register on Cvents at: http://aarp.cvent.com/DSVirtual Look for a course in Washington state and scroll to find one that fits your schedule.

Thank you again for all you are doing to help your communities through this very difficult time. It is wonderful organizations like yours who make this program successful and help us to save lives and injuries and help seniors to have longer and more independent lives.
    Happy Holidays!
