    Vincent Charron

    Pastor Vincent J. Charron (Vince) pastors Grace Covenant Church of Northern New York in Ogdensburg, NY. Vince was called to ministry and leadership at the age of 14. At the age of 18 he joined the U.S. Army and served proudly for 14 years. Serving our country as an engineer, both combat and heavy construction, in locations such as Ft Lewis, GITMO Cuba, Honduras, Bamberg, GE, Vicenza, IT, and two tours in the mighty 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg, NC. In 2006 Vince felt that his calling to the military was over and ended his time in the service and worked odd jobs until his wife graduated from college. During this time Vince continued to pursue God’s calling on his life and was involved in Manna Church of Fayetteville, NC, where he eventually became part of the staff as the small groups administrative assistant. After serving a year and a half in that position he became the administrative assistant to one of the site pastors. During this time Vince acquired much needed skills such as counseling, teaching, church function and evangelism ideas. In 2011 Vince became the senior pastor of Grace Covenant Church in Ogdensburg, NY. Vince obtained an Associate’s degree in Construction Technology while serving his country. He graduated from Liberty University in May of 2010 with a Bachelors of Arts in Religion and a Masters of Arts in Religion with a concentration in Christian Leadership also at Liberty University. Vince has a vision to change the world starting with his own community and moving upward to his county, state and to all ends of the world. He believes in raising up leaders and bringing up the next generation to continue the work God has started. Currently, Vince lives in Lisbon, NY with his wife of 20 years. He fathers three children Jessica, Abigail, and Josiah. They are at the ages of 18, 16, and 15 respectively. (Matthew 11:12)
