We are a 1689 Confessionally Reformed Baptist Church in Argo, Alabama (about 15 minutes northeast of Birmingham). We have a plurality of elders & deacons, practice expository preaching, & the regulative principle of worship. We take the Lord’s Supper weekly. Our Wed evening service rotate between preaching, topical teaching, & men's & women's small groups. There is potluck on the 1st & 3rd Sundays right after the service & a women’s event called The Table at 4:00 every 3rd Sunday. Our church is part of the Southeastern Association of Confessional Baptist Churches (SACBC). We have many young families that love visitors!

What to Expect

What are services like?
We practice the regulative principle of worship and use a traditional reformed order of service which includes a call to worship, invocation, singing, prayer, reading of the law, assurance of pardon, preaching, & weekly Lord's Supper. We also have a rotating schedule on Wed nights that includes topical teaching, preaching, book studies, & men's & women's groups.

What is the community like?
We have people of all ages but many young family and lots of kids. We have events for men & women at various times during the week as well.

We'd love to talk to you about salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone
