What are services like?
Our Sunday morning service is focused on the worship of God in a relaxed but traditional liturgical style with both old and new hymns. When we come to worship, we expect to hear our Triune God speak to us from the reading and preaching of His word and through the sacrament of the Lord's Supper, which we administer weekly. We also expect to speak back to God in praise and prayer. We believe that focus on and worship of the Triune God is the primary aspect of our Sunday morning service. He alone is worthy of our praise and so it is to Him that we turn our attention. Our bi-monthly Sunday evening adult Bible study occurs at the same time as our "Kid's Club" and "Youth group". The adult Bible study is a time of praise, followed by the study of the Scriptures. It is an opportunity for the congregation to dig deeper into the word of God and enjoy Him as we grow in our understanding of His word.

What is the community like?
Grace & Peace is a friendly and outgoing community. We are a mix of young and old; young families with small children to retired folks, somewhat racially diverse but open and desirous of being even more so. We are committed to covenanting together as a body of believers that loves God and each other. We are a congregation that believes it is important not to leave our Christianity behind once the service is over, but to take Christ into all the world and every situation of life. Consequently, our desire is for each member to have a vibrant relationship with the Lord Jesus and to see our children grow in the knowledge and faith of Christ our Savior.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Since faith comes by hearing the word of God, we believe that the best place for a non-Christian to be on a Sunday morning is among God's people as they recognize Jesus Christ and worship the true and living God, hearing His word preached and His praises proclaimed. We enthusiastically invite any non-Christian to join us, get to know us, and most importantly, seek our gracious Savior. If you are a non-Christian that is reading this, please come and join us, listen to what God's word has to say, ask questions, participate wherever you can, and also feel free to come to our other activities so that you might grow in your desire to know God and to be known by Him as His child through faith in His unique Son, Jesus Christ.
