FSC is a place of contrasts. That is deliberate. We want to disturb the status quo in everyone – the assumptions people have about church, religion, worship, spirituality, and more.

That means we are hard to pin down.

Are we Christians? Some are. Some aren’t.

Do you believe in Jesus? The religion of Jesus? Yes. The religion about him? No.

Do you accept the Bible? As a book of great truth? Yes. As The Book of Truth? No.

So you’re heretics? Yes, like everyone else.

Can an atheist be at home here? As much or as little as a Christian.

Can a person of color be at home here? As much or as little as a white person.

Can a gay person, a lesbian, be at home here? You know the answer.

Our dream is to be a “house of prayer for ALL people.” We are not there yet. In fact, it is a long way off, but this is our hope. To get there, we need help. Your help. Come and make a difference.
