  • It is great that the 1st Evangelical Lutheran Church of Logan Square is open once again. It is a small congregation but it is slowly growing. They are currently providing breakfast on Sunday mornings and after service is completed they have lunch as well. They are providing groceries and clothing to the homeless and anyone in need. Glad to see the working relationship with the Latin American Motorcycle Association located across the street. They have provided the added help to get the church open once again. If you can please come and pay them a visit. They are always looking for volunteers to keep the church running. Current projects included the renovation of the roof which was completed. Currently working on some plumbing as well as the replacement / repair of the sign in front of the church as well as some cosmetic works located inside of the church. If you can lend a hand come on down.
