Shan Towns

I was born in Jackson, Mississippi but spent most of my childhood in North Carolina. In 1991 I married my best friend, Deanna. That was by far the best decision I have ever made outside of my decision to become a Christ-follower. After graduating from Toccoa Falls College in 1993, I spent 8 years pastoring churches in Maryland and Georgia. It was during those years that God blessed us with 4 wonderful kids. Following that, we spent 7 years living in Moscow, Russia, helping the post-moderns of that culture connect with God. I have a passion for helping people encounter Christ in every part of life. It is my hope that here at First Alliance Church people can truly encounter grace in the person of Jesus Christ. We would love to have you visit.
