What people say about Fairview Baptist Church

  • As a small child being allowed to serve as an Usher during the offering with Keith Bilbrey and Tom Stroud. Our parents ALL in attendance, my mother at the piano, and Tom's dad in the choir. And I do believe each of our dads were Deacons as well. Great memories of Faith, Family and Friendship

  • I have so many memories of Fairview. It's the place which laid the foundation of my relationship with Jesus. There is GAs, children's choir, Youth Choir, Sunday school, Camp Fairview, church camp, VBS, memorizing passages of the bible, memorizing the bible verses.

  • The first 16 years of my life were spent there through Sunday mornings, Sunday evening, and RA's on Wednesday nights. Brother Duncan was and has always been my favorite pastor. My mom gave the best children sermons. VBS, camps, and lock ins, too many

  • So many cherished lifetime friends. My dad and grandmother began going to Fairview Baptist sometime in the 1950's. Garry Jordan and the spiritual disciple and discipleship be not just word but example. Terry D. Bertrand leading me to Christ.

  • I suppose my greatest memory of Fairview, would be the day that my daughter Danielle married Patrick Farmer there. I have met some incredible people at Fairview, and I miss it very much. The people at Fairview helped raised my daughter in Christ , and made me believe in the great humanity in people.

  • My greatest memory of Fairview is the conversations I've had with some of its members who have worshipped there from 2004 to current, including John and Lois Fee, Lynn White, Vance and Esther Purkey, Wanda and Charles Burton, Bill Sky Eagle, Pastor Carl Allen.

  • Fairview Baptist Church is a heart warming, Christ centered church that stays true to the gospel message. Loving its neighbors and worshipping and praying together as a church family.
