Pete Axelson

Pete has made his home on the Cape for 12 years and he came on as our Pastor August 16th 2010. Before that he was a Youth Pastor for 17 years. Pete and his wife Gretchen have two children; Caleb (14) and Anna (12), and two dogs. He enjoys reading, attending his kids sporting events, the Red Sox, and when he's lucky an occasional round of golf. Pete graduated from Gordon College and has taken classes at Bethel Seminary of the East. One of his favorite verses is 2nd Timothy 1:7; For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love, and of self discipline.
