What people say about Cottonwood Baptist Church

  • I love this church as it was founded by Peter Gummelt my great grandfather. I have many memories of going there as a child with my grandparents Edward and Gladys Gummelt. I feel over alot of yrs (57) to be exact, that the church has failed to remember this. In the cemetery across the street you will find multiple families of the Gummelts, Hansens, and Wydemiers. It's a shame such history has been lost and not even mentioned on your website.
