Who We Are

Corinth is a growing church in the heart of Hickory, NC. People of all ages and walks of life meet and worship God here. We want to be a place of community where people
1. feel comfortable enough to bring their heart and struggles and know they will be loved, and
2. feel challenged enough that they won't settle for a static or impersonal relationship with Christ.
"For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago." Eph. 2:10

Our Services

What are services like?
Corinth offers services with varied worship styles in order to reach a broad range of personalities and backgrounds. All of the services are centered around worshiping God, prayer, and solid Biblical teaching.

What is the community like?
Our community believes that the church exists to 1. strengthen and deepen the personal faith of the members of the body of Christ and 2. serve our local community and the world. Members are encouraged to plug in to the church body by finding a place of input where they can receive blessing (Sunday School, Bible study, mentoring, etc) and a place of output where they can be a blessing for others (nursery worker, Sunday School teacher, serving on a church board, media or worship teams, mission trip opportunities, etc).

What if I'm not a Christian?
Please come! We have a deep desire to show the love of Christ to those who are seeking and/or questioning God. We are all far from perfect and certainly do not have all of the answers , but we want to be place where people are pointed to Christ and the cross and where hurts and struggles and can shared and healed through the power of the Gospel.
