About Us

Exalting Christ Together

We believe the Bible is all God's Word and therefore can be trusted and applied to all of life. We believe that God has graciously entered into our world through His Son, Jesus Christ, to reconcile us to Himself. He has done this for us because we could not possibly please Him or obey Him on our own. Instead Jesus lived a perfect life and therefore was able to die on the cross in the place of sinful people because He was sinless. We believe He is now in heaven interceding for us every day and moment and that at some time in the future, known only to Him, He will return to right all wrongs and redeem His full creation. In the meantime, Jesus graciously allows us to follow Him and serve Him as salt and light in our families, schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods.

What to Expect

What are services like?
We have a blended service of both traditional hymns and more contemporary praise songs along with traditional hymns set to new tunes. We utilize a worshp team concept to lead us in worship but not to replace us. You will find lots of Scripture throughout the service, opportunities to share prayer requests and lead the congregation in prayer. The messages are expository, practical, and grace centered. We observe the Lord's Supper on the 1st and 3rd Sundays. Our service is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes long.

What is the community like?
We are genuinely friendly with an educationally, socially, economically, and age-wise diversity. We enjoy being together and we quickly welcome new people. We won't push you into involvement but we'll give you opportunities to get as involved as you would like. We're serious about trying to live out our faith and we want to help each other do exactly that.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Come as you are. We won't pressure you to become a Christian, but we will hopefully show you Jesus' love and God's mercy as well as your need for trusting in Jesus. We will try to show you what living as a follower of Jesus looks like in everyday situations and relationships.
