Having just moved to Swanzey New Hampshire from Stratford Connecticut my wife Linda and I were looking for a new Church to worship our Lord in. We didn't know anyone in Swanzey or members who belong to the church. Once we got unpacked and settled into our new home, we decided to attend a service at the Community Church of West Swanzey. Everyone was very kind and gave us a wonderful reception. We felt so comfortable that Sunday that we came back again the following Sunday. The Pastor of the Church, Emmanuel Bawa is a wonderful preacher glorifying the kingdom of God in his teaching's. As for the members, they welcome us with open arms and together everyone worships and sings to the Lord. We now attend the Sunday service 10:00 am to 11:00 am and always stay a little more time for coffee and pastry social. On Fridays we attend the Bible study, 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, in which we all read and discuss the teachings of the Bible together. If anyone is searching for a place of worship, you will feel right at home with this Church and its congregation just as my wife and I have found it to be rewarding.
