I am curious about the history of the Community Church of Ho Ho Kus where in the 1950's I attended girl scouts. My sister's best friend was Nancy Schneider, the daughter of Reverend and Mrs. Schneider. Nancy died very suddenly, at a VERY young age on the 1st or 2nd of November....I do not remember the year. Nancy and my sister had been out trick-or -treating but Nancy left early because she had a headache...did not feel well. It was a tragic shock to entire town of Ho Ho Kus , when she died a day or two later .My sister lost her best friend at a very young and tender age. I remember a stained glass window of Nancy as an angel in the chapel overlooking back side of driveway close to the Schneider's home. Is that window still there ? Is Nancy still remembered? She was always so nice and so kind and I was the annoying younger sister.
