Who We Are

Clark's Grove Church is one of the oldest churces in Blount County. The cemetery stones date back to the 1700s. A shed was erected for worship early, then the congregation began to meet at Eagleton School House. Later, the group became Clarks Grove on August 24, 1880. Today the church is a part of the East Tennessee Presbytery ans has had 37 known pastors.

What to Expect

What are services like?
If you are looking for a wonderful church FAMILY...this is Clarks Grove! We have a charming nursery with certified tendant, lots of youth programs, dynamic choir with many solists, special events: Easter Hunt, Worship programs, youth bells, youth plays, Hanging of the Green service, a Live Nativity and a love of the traditional hymns with praise songs. The sanctuary is gorgeous with rich red carpet and elegant stained glass windows.

What is the community like?
There are many community neighborhoods all around us. We are tucked away in the center of the historic cemetery, but the new Pellissippi Parkway is just outside our window. We are minutes to the airport and Knoxville and just inside the Alcoa/Maryville citiies.

What if I'm not a Christian?
You need only to spend a worship service at Clarks Grove to see the love of Christ and know the life of being a Christian.
