What people say about Church Without Doors

  • I am a youth director in Goldsboro, NC and our youth have been coming to Memphis the past 6 years to minister in different capacities. We have done a lot of ministry in Morris park and glad to hear it's back open this summer. While praying and planning for our trip this year, I heard of Church Without Doors through Pastor Gary Griffis at New Church Memphis and was hoping we could partner with you on Sunday, June 25th. We have been in Court Square many times sharing the gospel and feeding the homeless. We would love to help in anyway. We can do the worship, assist in feeding or provide the meal after the service. Our team consist of 25. We have 18 students ranging from 14 to 20 and then 7 leaders. All of our students except for a few are very experienced at serving in these locations. If you need references, I would be glad to provide them. My husband is the Pastor here at Love Memorial Baptist Church and will be with us until that Saturday or hopefully Sunday. We know Pastor Ronnie Johnson at Miracle Redemption and again Pastor Gary Griffis very well. We have served the past 6 years with Pastor Ronnie in different areas of Memphis. If you could please call me or email me, I would love to talk with someone. Our them this year for our mission trip is REFLECT THE SON. 2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. Look forward to hearing from you. God Bless and Thank you all you're are doing in the name of Jesus.

  • I am a youth pastor in Goldsboro, North Carolina and our youth group. I have been coming to Memphis for the past six years doing ministry with the homeless. We will be coming back again this summer and heard about a church that has their worship service outside in a park and feed the homeless, we would like to assist with that or provide the meal for after the service. I’ve spoke with a couple of pastors and no one had a contact name or number so I’m hoping that you’re the church I’ve heard about. We’ve have been in court Square many times Along with Morse Park. If you would please email me at [email protected]. We will be arriving in Memphis on June 21 after serving in Nashville with The Bridge Ministry. We will be staying at New Church Memphis. We have served beside Pastor Ronnie Johnson and Gary Griffis and would love to serve with you if possible. God bless and I look forward to hearing from you.
