Pastor Ruben Is Founder and CEO of the Church of the Hand of God He is married to his wife Esther of 35 years and has five adult children and 17 grand children. He is a USMC Military veteran, a retired police detective sergeant and a current Police Chaplain with the Fontana Police Department. He is recipient of the Medal of Valor; two distinguish service metals and two congressional awards. He is ordained through Believers Ministry International and was called to full time ministry in July of 2009. He is a graduate of the Water of Life - School of Ministry and received his Discipleship Training from Gate Way Church Victorville, CA.
