    One of four children born to a pastor father and a preacher mother in Grand Bassa County, Liberia, West Africa. Attended junior high at Ocean View Christian School (formerly Pillar Of Fire Mission School) in River Cess County. Graduated from high school at Ricks Institute near Monrovia. Bachelor of Theology with minor in Religious Education from Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary. Fled Liberia due to the 14-year Civil War. Lived as refugee in Sierra Leone and Ghana before immigrating to America. Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. Married to the former Miss Harriet Cooper; union blessed with one son and two daughters. Served as pastor of churches in Liberia, Ghana, and America. Founding pastor of Church For All. Author of "Refugee Was My Name".
