Kelley McCormick

I am Mr. Kelley A. McCormick, I was recently the pastor of Jesus Community Church in Stevensville, MT from 1991 to 2012. It is a very long story (going back over seven years) that has led me to be praying for San Diego County and believing that God has called me to serve and minister here. I am a graduate of Multnomah Biblical Seminary, Portland, OR, with a Master of Divinity. I have been associated with Northwest Independent Church Extension out of Tacoma, WA for 21 years (they were the sending body and those to whom I have had mutual accountability). I am also a member of the IFCA International. ***** ***** My wife, Michelle, and I have been married since September 17th, 1983. She is both an amazing wife and an amazing pastor’s wife, contributing much to the life of the church through service and ministry. We have two adopted children, Desmond and Nadia, ages 11 and 13. We also have two grown children, Abram and Brittney. Abram is 26, and a graduate of the Univ. of Montana with a B.S. in Mathematics. He is married and living in Scotland, where he teaches high-school math and is involved in ministry there. Brittney is 28, married to Trevor Eshuis. They have three little girls, Mayes, Klara, and Myra, ages 7, 5, and 3. Trevor and Brittney had led our youth for the last eight years and Trevor had been our full-time Pastor of Youth and Family Ministries since March 1st, 2010. They have recently moved to Lynden, WA where he is the Youth Pastor at New Life Fellowship. ***** ***** Notable Facts: We have ministry relationships with Cuba, Mexico, Belize, St. Croix, and Malaysia; we place a great deal of emphasis on children and youth; I am one of the drummers for our Praise Team. :)
