What to Expect

What are services like?
We sing the Word: we emphasize corporate worship/congregational singing. Our songs are predominantly older and newer hymns performed in a contemporary style, but also modern worship songs that are theologically solid. We pray and read the Word: we devote portions of each worship service to corporate prayer and the reading of Scripture. We preach the Word: we believe in the inspiration, sufficiency, and inerrancy of Scripture. Therefore our sermons are expositional rather than topical, and we preach through books of the Bible. We preach Christ and him crucified.

What is the community like?
ECC is a mix of both old and young individuals, with a growing number of young families. We are a loving and friendly church, whose members are dedicated to growing in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Our church is full of sinners saved by God's grace. It is our desire that those who are not Christians would come to know the saving grace of God and the love of Christ Jesus as demonstrated in the gospel. Therefore all are welcome to come and attend our worship services.
