Experience Christ the King!

Christ the King Apostolic Church is a congregation of great people who love God, believe the Bible, and love one another.
There is always a lot going on at Christ the King. We understand that the church is not a building made of bricks, but people. All age groups are evenly represented in our church family, so we have active ministries that cover a broad spectrum.
The ladies are involved in many areas of the church including “Ladies in Fellowship Together”. The “LIFT” ladies group meets on a regular basis for fellowship and prayer.
“Men of Real Expectations” is our adult men’s group. “MORE” also meets regularly for fellowship and prayer. These are fun and meaningful evenings.
The youth group is called “Oasis”. They travel several times each year to youth camps and special events around the state and nation. On the first Wednesday night of each month, our church service begins with a time of ministry and music by our youth. They do an outstanding job in this service. The youth group also meets regularly for special activities, usually on Friday evenings.
The children 5-11 meet every Sunday morning in their own special room called “King’s Krew”. They have a great time singing, learning, and drawing near to God. The kids love “King’s Krew”!
Even the “Keenagers” (our seniors) get together for activities. It is a wonderful place!

Sunday

10:00am: Vibrant Apostolic worship service with Bible preaching.
10:00am: King's Krew (ages 5-11) meets in their own amazing place for kid oriented, fun filled super church.
06:00pm: Vibrant Apostolic worship service with Bible preaching. (Not a repeat of the Sunday morning service)

Wednesday

07:30am: Bible study with classes for all age groups. The first Wednesday of each month begins with worship and music lead by Oasis (the Youth of CKAC)

What to Expect

What are services like?
Christ the King Apostolic Church is a classical Apostolic Pentecostal church. We believe in a real, life-changing experience with God, and strive to live and have church in a way that represents the original Apostolic church in the book of Acts. If you attend Christ the King Apostolic Church, you will find a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where you will feel free to worship. The early portion of each service is geared toward congregational singing and worship, with styles ranging from hymns to contemporary worship, with special times of prayer for individual needs. Often, people receive healing through the power of prayer. Bible-based preaching and study is a part of every service, and at the close of each service there is an opportunity for anyone to draw close to God in prayer.

What is the community like?
The church family of Christ the King Apostolic Church is very special. There is an even representation of all ages, and we really enjoy being together. When services are over, it is not uncommon for folks to stick around and just spend time visiting with their church family. There are continuous opportunities for fellowship, and also opportunities to serve others.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Non-Christians are always welcome at Christ the King Apostolic Church. You will not be pressured, but you will be treated politely and hopefully made to feel comfortable during your visit. We hope you will have the chance to experience the true love of God.
