About Us

The Church You've Been Looking For

We believe that God's truth offers a timeless salvation and is not limited to any particular age group. This is displayed in our Sunday worship service with blended worship (hymns & contemporary music), children’s moment, and children’s church.

What to Expect

What are services like?
As our guest, we want you to feel comfortable and welcome as you join us for worship. After parking, make your way to one of our main entrances at either side of the church. At the door you will be greeted by a friendly face who can answer any questions you may have. If you have children, our greeters will be happy to talk with you about the options available for them (Sunday School, Life Groups, Ridge Kids, Children's Church, etc.). If you join us for the 10:00AM Sunday School/Life Group time, they can also guide you to a group for you to visit that morning. Our Sunday service is at 11AM and usually lasts a little more than an hour. Our worship service incorporates traditional hymns, contemporary music, prayer, an offering, a children’s moment, and a relatable message from the Word of God.

What is the community like?
You are invited to come as you are for either of our service times, whether it's a suit or blue jeans that you are most comfortable wearing. We are a multi-generational church and so you will see everything from a coat and tie to jeans/shorts and a tee shirt. If you have children, and visit during our 10AM Sunday School Group hour, our Welcome Team will direct you to the children's area where you and your child will meet their teacher. During the 11AM service we encourage Children to be with their parents during the worship/hymn segment. During our 11AM traditional service we include a Childrens Message where Mrs. Chris will present a message for the children on the platform. After the Childrens Message they are given a snack and dismissed to Childrens Church in the Fellowship Hall. There are nurseries and childcare available during the sermon. Children are also welcome to stay with their parents during the entire worship services. We consider children to be a gift and a blessing and so take the safety of our children very seriously. All of our Childrens workers have been approved by the church to serve in that capacity. As an added measure, we have a security team each week and all doors are locked shortly after services begin. Should you be late, security will be happy to let you in and assist in any way possible.

What if I'm not a Christian?
If God is working in your life, we would love to hear about it! During both of our worship services every Sunday morning, we have a time of response for people to respond to what God is doing in their life. You can take this time to pray quietly, kneel at the altar for prayer with others, or to talk with Pastor Corey. If you are interested in being baptized or joining our church family, you can talk with Pastor Corey during this time or by contacting him directly during the week at 304-222-0595. We have a number of ways that you can be involved in the ministry of our church family both as a guest and as a member of our church. One of the best ways to discover how you can be involved is by talking with our pastor. We also highly recommend that connect with a Sunday School Group or Life Group. These are wonderful groups where we gather together to study God’s Word, care for one another, and serve both our church family and the world. In many ways, we consider these groups to be a core part of who we are as a church family. More information about available groups can be found when you visit!
