  • Friendly, genuine, caring, full of good spirit. I like that Balboa Baptist is small enough to feel like a real community of friends and family but also has a larger online presence. Truly Christian--non judgemental, welcoming to all kinds of people. I also like the ethnic and cultural diversity--Black, Asian, Euro-American, young, middle aged, older, all represented in a relatively small congregation. Looking forward to attending next Sunday. I also like the interactive study session from 10-11 am followed by a sermon done by a guest speaker and food and fellowship after that. Thank you, Balboa Baptist, I have found a church I love! Hallelujah and Amen! :-)
