What are services like?
⁣When you walk in the door to our church in Park Slope (or join us for our online broadcast), we want you to feel welcome and a vital part of the Trinity Grace Church family. Here's what you can expect on most Sundays.⠀ ⠀ / / / Our pastoral staff teaches directly from the Bible, speaking clearly to both Christians and non-Christians, connecting spiritual teaching to everyday, practical experiences. ⠀ ⠀ / / / A live band of professional musicians lead the Sunday Gathering in modern songs and traditional hymns. Readers from our community incorporate prayers and liturgies into the service. The words are on screen so you can follow along even if you don’t know the songs or readings. ⠀ ⠀ / / / We participate in communion, the celebration of the Lord’s Supper, at every Sunday Gathering. All Christians who are baptized or member of a church are welcome to take part in this traditional ceremony. ⠀ ⠀ / / / Our prayer ministry team of men and women are available to listen to prayer requests and intercede on behalf of one another during the Sunday Gathering. ⠀ ⠀ / / / Family is at the heart of our work as a church. Our children’s ministry provides a loving atmosphere where they are fully accepted as children created in the image of God. Our youth ministry cares for junior and high school students to learn about a personal vision of renewal through Christ.

What is the community like?
We are a non-denominational Christian church seeking to join God in the renewal of all things. Thank you for exploring our church. Regardless of where you are in relationship to faith, you are welcome to join us on the journey. ⠀ ⠀ / / / We have many environments for developing friendships, deepening faith, and growing together beyond our Sunday Gatherings. ⠀ ⠀ / / / We have various initiatives designed to serve and support one another. Our ministries are here to share hope and encouragement with our church family and neighbors. ⠀ ⠀ / / / We are a non-denominational church that believes in the authority of the Christian Scriptures for our life and practice. We hold to the essential orthodox Christian beliefs as best expressed in the Apostles Creed and the Nicene Creed. ⠀ ⠀ / / / Our vision is to join God in the renewal of all things, and for us this begins in our lives and neighborhood. It means seeing New Yorkers transformed into passionately engaged followers of Jesus.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Have doubts? Curious about faith? You can join our Alpha Course, which is a series of weekly conversations about the meaning of life. All are welcome with any or no faith background. Whether you're just checking it out, new to faith, or coming back to church... you are invited. Everyone is welcome. No pressure. No follow up. No charge. Say what you think and hear other people's points of view. ⠀ ⠀ / / / We also regularly hold "Intro to Trinity Grace," a brief informational session (available both online and in-person) to learn about the story of our church, learn what we believe, how we live that out together, and how you can join in. All are welcome and no questions off limits.
